"Very good microwave. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the start button has to be pushed very hard in order to heat the food. Unfortunately it seems like it is heating, but in fact it is just going around on turntable and making a noise which makes you think it is heating the food when in fact it isn't."

"I was looking for a cream microwave to match my kitchen units and i wasn't disappointed with this one. Swan is a well known make with a good reputation. Plenty of room inside, easy to keep clean,looks good and I got it cheaper than the reccomended price, which can't be bad! Very good value for money and not complicated to use. Does the job nicely!"

"Looks good and outside is easy to clean whereas inside is NOT! Its got a white interior and the sides and top are easily cleaned but the bottom and the back are not cleanable as theres a huge gap in between the base of the back wall and the bottom base.
The alarm has NEVER made a noise!! It gets full of condensation despite me using right utensils and coverings. The condensation trickles down the door in between the two layers of glass. The base becomes a swimming pool after heating tinned tomatoes in a special container with lid ive used many times in our previous microwave. It means no matter what i do i cannot get it clean and no amount gets rid of the smell...can only use heating savoury foods. Cooking is another story....even on high cooking the same veggie meal each time ..it would cook a few times in a row then the food comes our frozen. Ive not had it quite a year and would say to you do NOT buy.!!"
