"Lovely looking item, although smaller on the outside to my previous models, it is bigger on the inside. It would of been better if when the glass lid was closed it shut off the gas to the whole appliance. Otherwise I am very pleased with this cooker."

"Anyone thinking of buying this cooker should think very carefully. Ours is 15 months old and has broken down twice. Of course you only find out a cooker is faulty when you want to use it so when it doesn't work it's most inconvenient. I Shan't buy another Zanussi product of any type.
Makes the insurance I took out look like good value for money."

"The cooker looks very smart and is quite solidly built. The hob gives good heat spread and controls are easy to use. To ignite the gas burners, you need to push the control knob in and hold it for a few seconds. The grill pan is big but the grill itself is very small, only covering about a third of the grill pan and the grill is either on or off - no other settings. The ovens are poor; the small oven takes between 5/10 mins to heat up however, once you are above gas mark 5, the temperatures go haywire! The main oven takes a good 20 minutes to get to somewhere near the temperature you've set; it does not seem able to get to the right temperature and maintain it, and even with an oven thermometer to monitor it, you need to keep a close eye on it as the temperature can go up or down for no apparent reason - not good for home baking!"

"Great cooker and great service from start to finish from AO would recommend this cooker looks great in our kitchen to we chose the white cooker.
It has a safety when turning on the gas you have to hold down the knob for few seconds till gas comes on but you get used to that after a while.
Enjoy happy cooking.
Oh and the top oven it’s more of a oven pan than grill that’s why there is no Handel for it "

"Having been used to an eye level grill and large capacity oven, I was disappointed to find tbat gas fitters now questioned their safety - and the ovens of the few available were much smaller than I wax used to.
I bought this cooker as the overall capacity of the two ovens was the largest available and it had pretty good reviews.
The first thing I did was to make toast under the grill. Having seen the reviews I kept my old grill pan as their is no handle on the new one. It was all a bit of a palava and the toast was too dry! I also really missed seeing the toast cooking at eye level. I will use the electric toaster from now on!
I used the top oven for roast potatoes - they cooked unevenly - that was OK - next time I turned the roasting tin round half way through the cooking time. I then used the top oven to cook a.medium sized chicken, but the grill case is quite large and the chicken was touching it - even from the bottom shelf. I have not used the large oven yet. From photos, I thought it had a larger distance between floor and bottom shelf but it really is only a couple of inches from the floor which is proving difficult for me. I have not used the cooker for a big family meal yet (I often cooked for up to 13 in my previous cookers) - but have to say I am not looking forward to it!
The hob is spacious but I would prefer two large and two small burners instead of one very large, 2 medium and one small simmer burner. As it is there, I think the simmer ring should be at the back of the hob not at the front..
I find the control knobs difficult on the top of the cooker - but to be fair that is because previous controls have been at the front. Having said all this, I think that my disappointment in not finding a suitable eye level grill cooker has coloured my comments and I think I have probably got the best available in my price range."
