"No matter what I play through this unit, the sound quality is amazing. I was bit worried after reviews said the bass wasn’t strong enough, but having tried it I can say that the bass on level 3 is strong enough to carry through the house even at low volumes. Why would I need to turn it up to 4"

"Enhances the sound so that we can now hear much more clearly than ever before. Every programme sounds so vibrant and more 'alive'. We honestly wish we'd bought one years ago!! "

"A "one box" TV sound box. Its fine and certainly adds adequately to the sound from the baseline shallow noise emanating from the 59" TV (Panasonic). The bass sound (unsurprisingly) is not massive...seems less than a separate woofer unit may deliver, but noticeable. The pre-programmed audio types seem to offer appropriate effect too. Changing them can be ambiguous. Of course its plus point is its a neat one box addition. Value for money...probably."

"Superb. We have noticed as we get older that the sound from our Panasonic TV is not as clear as it used to be.
I know lots of people say the same plus also flat screen TVs do not have the space to fit good built in speakers.
Well the Soundbase has made an incredible difference plus you have different settings depending upon the programme e.g. News, cinema, stadium etc.
Also it looks far neater than a soundbar because the TV sits on top of the Soundbase. Certainly a win win suituation. Just wish I had bought one years ago!"

"Linked this to a Panasonic viera tv, very quickly, power cable, and hdmi, job done.
No need to switch it on seperatly comes on/off with the tv. (needs to be Panasonic Viera)
Played with the settings to help with hearing dialogue, especially with the poor BBC sound quality.
Would get 5 stars if it had a treble/bass setting to to fine tune the sound.
The sound is way way better than the tv speakers.
For the price you cant go wrong with this soundbase and it tucks away on the shelf with the dvd, and other boxes.
