"Worked fine for the first 18 months then stopped heating the water, which means the cycles go on forever as it hasn't sensed the water has reached temperature.
Out of the 12 month warranty so just a parts and labour cover. Engineer has been out 5 times, its had 3 new control boards, a new pump and heater and some optic sensors or something. Effectively had all major parts replaced and each time will wash maybe 3 times before it stops heating again.
Now stuck with a useless machine and no point in getting engineer out any more just wasting everyone's time. "
