"I'm really happy with this hob. I like cooking with gas and this hob is great, you can vary the flame from tiny to very large, so you can do anything from simmering slowly to full on stir fries. I like the design, it looks modern and the pan holders are sturdy. The black glass is easy to clean too."

"This item was chosen by my wife, looks amazing but we did struggle to get it lighting from the first use but it has eased up and works fine, maybe the packaging was the reason being vacuum packed with plastic? "

"We are finally please with our hob but this is our second hob as the first one was faulty and the hobs would not come on after loads of attemps from the engineer. So the second hob would not work either as they could not get three of the rings to light. So A0 arrange for a Zanussi engineer to come out and it was the knobs that were faulty and he put some washers in and its working perfectly now and it heats up the food really quickly and in the end we were so glad we choose it as it looks very stylish in the kitchen and all our friends and family like it as well."

"I was quite disappointed that immediately after installation one of the burners refused to stay lit. An engineer was called and he replaced one thermo-couple device. All seemed fine. After one day THREE burners would not work. Engineer replaced all the thermo-couples this time. All seems fine at the moment but I am waiting...
The response from the Zanussi service centre was very quick and friendly, however.
There also seems to be a crack in the glass surface as seen on photo. I did NOT drop anything on the surface."
