"The web site description of the items were understandable, informative and correct.
i got a call when they were 10 min away and well within the 4 hr time slot.
The oven has lights turntable and pings when first plugged in.The best thing is when the bell goes off i have Hot food (that's if I've set the correct time)

"I like the look and size of the oven but find the controls are a bit complicated.My husband is finding it difficult to make his porridge as it is necessary to press quite a few buttons to gets suitable power level to prevent it boiling over.Also it it is difficult to see through the door ."

"This replaced another stainless steel Sharp microwave. It looks good. It's actually all stainless steel not painted grey like some. It cooks well and the display is easy to read.
Unfortunately Sharp have decided to cripple the user controls with this model.
It requires 4 buttons to be pressed to activate a simple 30 second cook time. Maybe I'm in the minority, but surely most people just set the time for full power.
Have a look at the some of the Samsung microwave for how the controls should be, turn knob for time and it starts cooking."
