The only problem I can see is that the timer does not allow 5 seconds to be chosen ,only minutes and 10 seconds.

"Bought this as a gift for my daughter, she is really pleased as this is a lot more compact than her old microwave but fits in a dinner plate & is still 800w & has more quick start features, 10 sec, 1 min & 10 mins. It looks modern & smart & goes well with her other black appliances.
She said it heats up food quickly & so far she is extremely pleased.
I was very happy with the delivery service & was kept up to date with my order through email & had a phone call to say the item was was on it's way on the day of delivery. Very happy with service from ao.com."
