"Best range cooker, just in time for Christmas cooking 2 big ovens lots of room. Able to cook and keep food warm."

"The first time the hob was used the coating of the pan support ring blistered. I telephoned the manufacturers who asked me to email them a photograph of the blistering. They said they would contact me within 24 hours. It took a little longer but eventually they emailed to say an engineer would telephone to book an appointment to repair the cooker, this time, within 48 hours. Three days later I had heard nothing so I emailed them again to ask what was happening. Three days after that I received another email telling me that the engineer didn't have the spare part. He had my telephone number why didn't he let me know? At the present time I am still waiting for some further communication. The cooker was delivered two weeks ago. Would I recommend this product to a friend? This appliance cost over £1000. I am not impressed so far.

"Great product, easy to use, this was my 1st range cooker and i am not disappointed great value for money, the fan assisted oven is slightly noisy but works great"
