The helpful customer service team contacted me the day before my requested delivery date to confirm delivery details. The delivery team were very good and brought the range into the house with ease ensuring that no damage to the house or the product.

"The cooker itself is ideal for a large family especially with the 2 oven capability.
Downside the cooling down fans can be a bit noisey but you get used to it.
Also if you knock the time on the clock it cuts the main oven off so you have to re set the time to the exact time.
But other than that it's perfect "
