"We've now had two Swan fridges, which we chose because it's a retro fridge and we liked the design. Fridge 1 developed a fault almost immediately and grew a huge ice-mound at the back, ruining our veg before we found out about it. Swan took so long to get the required part, a thermostat, that we had the fridge replaced. The replaced fridge, also the retro design, has also, two weeks in, developed the ice pack. And we have it on 2, so it's not set too cold. I expect we'll give up. "

"I wanted a cream fridge to match the ancient Rayburn in our kitchen and this one fit the bill and had the same sort of look. It was also a heck of a lot cheaper than a Smeg! It's hard to get too excited about an under counter fridge but basically it seems to work just fine, there are a lot of shelves and it keeps stuff cool. You pay a premium for the look rather than super fridge functionality but that's same for a Smeg!"
