"writing of knobs poor as they are right under the knob the oven and rings heat very good but the grill is very slow and the handle for the grill pan keeps falling off and you have to remember to put the heat deflector on the grill or the heat fry's the control knobs gas fail system very good and easy to light in general east to wipe and clean"

"This is the worst cooker I have ever had. To use the grill is dangerous with the heat guard as it gets so hot and blocks your view of the food you are grilling.How health and safety passed this cooker I will never know. "

"the cooker does everything you expect from a hotpoint cooker except - - most people i know use the grill more for toasting than grilling.if you want to make toast that is not dried up by the time it is toasted you have to build up the grill pan to raise the grill so the heat can reach the bread.fine for grilling - - but not for toasting. thats the only fault with a good product ,but its a big one..."
