"Decided to order this little gem of a freezer just before x mas. Had been wanting to find the ideal small additional to our kitchen one, chest freezer for a small space in our metal garden shed. Came across website by chance when searching, read the reviews on the freezer and the company also. Both looked good.
I am SO impressed, both by the website, easy to navigate, by the customer service, and the fact that I was kept up to date with delivery. Even though I had opted for an all day delivery slot, I was still contacted and informed that it would be an afternoon slot. That meant I could carry on with my day knowing that I would not miss delivery. The freezer arrived bang on time, drivers bought it right into the shed for us. It took about twenty minutes to unpack, check and plug in!
It is very unusual to find such great 'old fashioned' service these days. I am impressed.
We shall be needing some new appliances for our kitchen later in the year....and it is this company that will definately be getting our business.Cannot recommend them or the product highly enough. Thankyou"
