"On paper it seems this machine has everything, great spin speed, drum size and programme choice, however reality is the opposite. The only programmes that offer the 1600 spin last between 180minutes and 205minutes. Far too long. I want to wash school uniforms quickly, spin well, dry and iron without waiting hours!! My option is the rapid 60 minute wash followed by a 25 MINUTE spin at 1600. Therefore a quick wash is 85 minutes. As other reviewers have said there is absolutely NO fragrance left on clothes fabric conditioner is wasted. Prior to this purchase I had a Bosch and was torn between the two, as the Bosch only lasted 2 years I opted for this model. Wrong choice. Hope this only lasts 2 years so I can get my Bosch back. On the positive the large drum means smaller loads don't get so creased, and it looks quite smart, as washers go."

"We bought this as a replacement for a broken old machine, the drum is huge and there are cycles from 9mins to 3 hours to cover all wash types. Wash results seem brilliant, we have no complaints."
