"I really do not have a bad word to say about this machine. I was umming and arring between this and a zanussi within a similar price bracket and I am so pleased that I chose this machine. I ordered on Christmas eve and it was delivered day after boxing day. Very impressed to say the least. Was kept up to date with delivery and could check exactly how many drops were before me and the average delivery time via text message and online map tracking. The driver called to say he was 20 minutes away and arrived before that. Very friendly efficient and on time, especially as it was during the Christmas period. I have now had the machine just over a month and have tried most of the programs on it (there are so many). I brought this drum size to get our quilts in it and it fits a 13.5 tog king size duvet no problem. The programs are long but this is as expected with the size of the drum but also depending on wash size, temperature (adjustable) and spin speed (adjustable) the machine does cleverly recalculate the end time of each load. I also love the fact it comes with a timer and quite often set it up so that the load will be finished by morning and it's on radiators/outside before work and the school run. Being a busy working mum of a teenage daughter I always had piles of washing (anybody with a daughter knows they go through their entire wardrobe in one weekend!) since having this machine I do not have washing lying around as so much fits into one load. A cotton wash on a full 1600 spin takes 30 minutes to dry on a slightly warm radiator. I wouldn't just recommend this machine to friends I would recommend it to anyone willing to listen about my new washing machine. I am over the moon with it. It tinkles when you turn it on or off and it lets you know when the load is finished. It's smart looking, a bit bulky but it's a big drum. It's fab, does everything I want it to and more."

"To be fair I've just moved home and not had chance to review all the machine has to offer! I was a bit shocked that some cycles take 3 hrs - apparently it's due to being a cold fill - for convenience I've just stuck to a cooler Eco wash that is as long but not as hot and also a shorter 40 degree wash - it seems to clean well, is not too noisy and looks clean and tidy! You can customise the washes too but I've not had time to read instructions to experiment!! It's worth the money as far as I'm concerned."

"The program times do not match the ones in the instructions for example one takes 3 hours when it instructions its only just over 2 ! I am concerned about the amount of electricity that that uses, also the spin, why would that take 25 mins! not happy!"

"Overall I am pleased with purchase. The blue quickstart Innex button delivers a 30 degree quick wash in 50 mins but only at a 1200 spin speed. This leaves the clothes too wet. You then have to respin at 1600 spin to get them drier which takes another 25 mins. For that reason I have been using the no.11 wash, which is a 40 degree wash with 1600 spin takes 1 hr 50 min. The advantage being that you don't have to reset and it does it all itself. Overall this gives a better wash. Apart from that, it is a good machine, easy to use. Quiet."
