"I love this cooker! Not only does it do everything it says it will, but it also looks fabulous in the kitchen. I'm over the moon with it, and am looking forward to spending many happy hours together. One slight disappointment was the lack of a wok ring, which I thought would be included, but maybe I misunderstood? The hob cover/lid is a great feature, with a safety cut-off feature if you accidentally leave the gas on before closing it. All in all one very happy customer!"

"From questions about the item, to ordering and delivery the customer service was excellent. Communication was great all the way, kept up to date with e mails and text messages so I knew exactly at what stage my order was.
Delivery guys were great, had it installed could not fault that service.
Had a chip on my cooker, again AO were great and sent out an engineer and replacement has been ordered.
Will be looking to buy all my products from AO in the future."
"My baking has stepped up a level with this new cooker! Having only had it a week I can't give a long term review but so far I've loved it. Solidly built and looks great. Everything seems to cook more quickly and I've only had one disaster after leaving my ginger cookies in too long. Having had a gas oven before I didn't realise how unevenly it cooked until I got this. Really pleased I saved up to get the Stoves cooker.
It was the only dual fuel I could find that was 55cm wide as we had limited space. If I had to find a negative it would be that the oven shelves don't seem quite as sturdy as my old ones and a little bit wobbly. Haven't tried anything particularly heavy on them but I'm sure Christmas will be the test. Overall would highly recommend. "
