"Purchased the same cooker 11 years ago loved it so when it wore out got this as a replacement. Every time the new oven is used it fills the house with a horrid acrid smell. Stoves Customer Service are wonderful and are sending round an engineer to check if our product is faulty...but a bit sad that I can't use it for the 2 weeks till they had availability"
