"Got the fridge freezer, got the microwave, now to save for the washing machine! The microwave looks the business. Very smart. Looks complicated (husband thinks it is), but it really isn't. Big plate inside. Easily fits man sized dishes. I've used a couple of the other settings such as "My Plate" and Healthy" cooking. I warmed a roast dinner for my daughter and that was successful without the guesswork. I also cooked some carrots and they came out great. For beginners you can simply put the food in shut the door and press the bottom right hand button - it goes up in increments of 30 seconds each push and the cooking starts immediately. I'm trying to get the family to push the correct button, then use the dial to set the time.....but this might take a while. This is only because I'd want to give the 30 sec button a rest! The book mentions glass a lot so I've invested in some new Pyrex bowls with lids. I'm pretty sure the food does taste better being microwaved in glass rather than plastic - just be aware the glass may get hot. The inside is ceramic which was the main reason I chose this model. I've just had to throw the second ***n microwave out after rust and paint peeling issues. Hoping this lasts for 3+ years without issue. Easy to clean. I love it!"

"This microwave like many of the Samsung products I own is very good. The controls are easy to use and there are many ‘modes’ for you to optimise your cooking depending on what food it is. The only down side I’ve seen so far is that the light inside when cooking is quite dim so can be difficult to see inside especially if you are watching the food so it doesn’t boil over for example. But I small niggle about a so far very happy with microwave."
