"Controls are easy to use or seemed to be, but when we tried to reheat some food it did not warm it up, instead the plate was warming up and the outside of the cabinet got warm, but food remained cold, tried a few times but no warmer, so called Samsung up, engineer came a few days later, he couldn't find out what the fault was, he tested it again and it started to work, so later we heated some food up and it worked, piping hot, a few days later tried cooking some veg for twice the time and was barely warm.
Have had a few microwaves over the years and never had a problem with them when new.
Trying to decide what to do with it get a replacement or refund, you only get 50% of price refund back if used. Not Impressed."
