"Lovely looking hob but the graphics, particularly the + and - are very difficult to see especially when food is cooking and you get splashes of fat or water on them. Pity they don’t light up."

"Overall a good hob, and comes with the Schott Ceran glass top, but I think this glass/surface should be easier to clean than what it is, as we bought this one for the easy to clean style with the touch buttons, but after a few months there are heat marks and stains appearing that don't seem to go.
The touch buttons are much better than any sort of dial or knob, but they can be temperamental and either require you to hold your finger on until it registers or try different fingers. I'm not sure if it's body heat, moisture or something else that affects it.
As for use, it is very powerful and heats up things on the hob quick for a ceramic hob. You'll have no problem boiling 4 full saucepans provided you have the required 30+Amp supply."

"Looking at previous reviews, it does mark easily BUT so far for me there is no mark I haven't been able to get off with a soft scouring pad. Heats up really quickly, timer is useful. You can only adjust one ring temperature at a time but that really isn't a big deal for me! I think its a lovely appliance. "

"We were limited in our selection of hobs as we were replacing an old one and it needed to fit in the existing hole, but even so I am extremely pleased with the NEFF T10B40X2_BK. It is easy to use, heats up quickly and keeps clean pretty well, but even then it is easy to clean. I was not sure about having a hob without the knobs but soon got used it and now prefer the cleaner, simpler look "

"You need to select a ring to adjust heat. If all rings on the go you can only adjust one at a time. Frustrating"
