"This is the first tumble dryer I have purchased so I cannot compare it to others. I also looked at higher spec Bosch tumbles dryers.
I have purchase other Bosch equipment and always found them to be good quality and reliable (dishwasher, diy tools etc.) This item looks to be solid and well built and although I have only had it a few weeks, I don't expect any reliability issues. It is very easy to operate and select the correct settings for your clothes. The water tank is also very easy to access and empty and the fluff filter is cleaned with minimum of hassle. It is rated as a B for energy efficiency, but at the price, it would have taken may years to recoup my money from a more expensive, efficient machine. As I said I cannot compare it to other machines, but this seems to be a little on the noisy side. There are 3 options for the level of 'dryness'. I have tried all of these to see the difference. The 'Extra Dry' mode gets most things dry, but not everything and I found that the drying did not always seem to be even throughout the load with some items dry and others remaining quite damp. I wouldn't want to put most of the closed away straight away after the 'Cupboard dry' option even though this is what is implied by the title. Overall I am pleased with it and it saves time and space compared with clothes horses etc."

"Great Tumble,very pleased indeed, well designed ,condenses very well ,with no steam on the windows in utility room.Easy to use, very user freindly for emptying water etc. No problems at all would highly recomend."

"The only setting that dries to a reasonable standard is the cotton extra dry - not impressed. May be it will be more useful in the summer to finish clothes off the line?!"

"Having given up on a washer-dryer because of the fiddling involved, I chose a dryer with a recognised 'name' and I'm glad I did as this is a really good one.
Simple to operate, very quiet and easy to keep clean - the water reservoir and fluff filter are inspired as they are so easy to empty
My only grouse is the lack of indicator showing how much time remains or, at least, an audible 'end' signal."
