"Bought this microwave in October 2020, 2 months later it no longer works. Trying to get help from AO.com or the New world is like extracting teeth. I have spent over 2 hours navigating through AO website to even obtain a number to call. I have now located New World details via a search engine and waiting for someone to contact me. The amount of emails I have received from AO to fill out their questionnaires and surveys about buying from them but when it comes to obtaining help I get a robot trying to answer my questions. "

"Had a very specific microwave to replace part of a matching set. This is the exact size and perfect brushed steel match. It is a multifunction microwave and is a doddle to use I don't even need the instructions and we fitted it ourselves!!! Added to that the very reasonable price. Brilliant! "
