"Bought for parent's kitchen, as a replacement to a much older built in microwave. Didn't really fancy installing it myself as I'm rubbish at anything that requires a drill, but it turned out to be incredibly easy, two screws at the back to mount a plate that the item slots into, and a bit of fiddling about to get plug into the cabinet above to plug in.
Product works well, I mean it's microwave they're all pretty similar. Stainless steel means fingerprints show up easy so requires a wipe every now and then. What doesn't these days?
Turntable is big enough for a decent size plate, which is why I went for this one rather than a cheaper one. Had a microwave before that couldn't fit a proper size plate in it, and when you're paying built in prices don't want something that can't cater to most situations.. "

"This was bought to replace a broken microwave, and I needed a specific size as it was a built-in type.It also had to be brushed stainless steel to match the other existing equipment. This limited my choice, but the New World did the job exactly. It was delivered on the agreed day, was simple to fit and had all the features we required. I'd be happy to recommend it, and AO.com for their service."

"The only fault I have with this good looking and efficient microwave is in the power setting display.
The display gives you various options under the format P100, P80 with P100 standing for 100% power. P80 stands for 80% power and so on. For one, I cannot remember what is the maximum power ie 750, 800, 950 and nor is it marked on the control board as far as I can see. Secondly, I like maths but first thing in the morning or in the middle of preparing dinner? Having to remember the power rate in the first place then calculate 80% to get the next lower power,....I don't really appreciate.
Why not put the power ratings on the display and let me select the one I want to cook whatever I'm making at the appropriate wattage?
Other than that it is a great microwave and I felt good value for good quality when compared with similar models.
Service and delivery was excellent although the emails and texts received re my order and delivery could be reduced - no one could say they didn't know when the product was getting delivered but, having said that, I prefer that to not knowing so just a minor point."
