"Our 15 year old NEFF combined fridge/freezer stopped functioning on a Tuesday morning. Panic what to do. I called NEFF who gave us the model number for an equivalent replacement a great help.
The new unit is excellent with a highly efficient energy rating and air flow system which maintains a constant even temperature throughout the freezer section and ideal temperature distribution throughout the different sections of the fridge. The system is so engineered that the unit never needs to be defrosted which is a brilliant feature. It is difficult to praise this unit highly enough as NEFF have done a tremendous job in clearly listening to their customers to ensure all the features they would like are fitted to this latest model. Quite frankly my wife and I tried to think of what additional features we would have wanted and we could not think of any. "

"This fridge freezer was purchased to replace an old fridge freezer that wasn’t sealing correctly - leading to ice buildup on freezer door and further icing. For 90 year olds this meant that food wasn’t being kept at the correct temperature and risked further health issues.
The neff replacement fridge freezer is frost free so will avoid this issue. It’s is well designed internally and simple for elderly people to use."
