"My old oven gave up and had to replace I chose this one as it sounded really good, and the salesman on phone really recommended this and said it was like my old model Unfortunately I really don’t like the way the burner is at bottom of ice so if you put anything close to bottom it burns and the top is not done or cooked. Very disappointed, wish I had not chosen it. "

"Ease of use is great as you simply turn it on press the igniter for 10 seconds and hey presto it works.
The biggest drawback unlike conventional gas fan ovens is that the heat is under a heating plate on the bottom of the oven which means that if you put anything towards the bottom of the oven it burns the food very quickly.
I used the oven for the first time Christmas Day and it was hard work... the middle and the top of the oven seem to be okay however at Christmas you sometimes want to put three things at one time and because the bottom heat is too fierce you really cannot do this.
As a previous reviewer has stated we put roast potatoes in and they did not crisp up at all in the time it would have done on my non gas fan oven I had previously.
I am sure i will get used to the oven but what i thought would be a dream of an oven for our Christmas dinner turned out to almost me an unmitigated disaster.
Buyer beware .... if you are a northerner it will make cracking oven bottom muffins but that is about it. "

"When our electric single oven (built under a gas hob) stopped working, we wondered if they did a gas one, I know from experience that they didn't when I sold kitchens many years ago.
We were so pleased to find that they do, and the Candy one on ao. Com was just what we wanted. The biggest plus for us with this oven is that it has a gas grill as well as the oven. Take care when choosing, because many gas ovens only have an electric grill!!
We like that you can remove the wire brackets from the side of the oven (that support the shelves), and the bottom panel which makes for easy cleaning.
Unlike some other reviewers we found the temperature to be good and even within the oven, after three meals can say that everything was cooked through and not burnt on the outside. "
