The first, most obvious difference was how contemporary it looked, in the sleek, glossy black finish.
The inside was spacious and well laid out, even coming with a chrome under-shelf bottle holder to maximise every cubic litre.
The easy-slide shelf and freezer drawers make it simple to get your groceries in and out, and to see at a glance what you've got!
The inside light is LED, so doesn't put off any heat that will affect the interior temperature.
The freezer is totally frost free; no annoying build-up around the shelves, and no freezer burn on your food.
We genuinely LOVE this fridge-freezer, and it's perfect for our family needs."

"Hi everyone, this is a quick run-through and review of the features of the SamsungRB29FSRNDBC Fridge Freezer Freestanding Black.
Hopefully this will help you out if you are considering buying a new fridge-freezer - I know how expensive household items can be so it's important to be confident in your purchase!

Okay, so I really do love this fridge/freezer - the main highlight for me is that it looks modern, sleek and still fits so much stuff in.
I really love that it comes in black, as white fridges tend to age quite quickly and they just look so much more modern in black. The appearance of it is a huge bonus for me, as I like to have contemporary fittings in my house and I think the subtle Samsung logo on the front just adds a little chic to the look!
In terms of functionality, the fridge freezer itself has so much room inside it. It really is so spacious, with storage in the door of the fridge and then removable shelves in the main body of the fridge. It comes with removably egg holder, a flip-up shelf in the door of the fridge and an easy slide shelf and big draw in the main body of the fridge. All are easy to use.
The freezer has three draws in, all of which are so deep and fill the whole freezer - so much space! As you can see in my video, I've packed the freezer with SO MUCH food but there is still room left! Even on the middle shelf which has LOADS of packets and boxes in, the draw opens smoothly without any hitches and slides right out to let you get to the back.
Another point worth saying is that the freezer has an automatic fitting so that it won't freeze up - a major selling point for me as my old freezer was awful for that! There are also inbuilt lights to show the temperature of the fridge and freezer - I like that these are digital as my old fridge had a dial inside the fridge that could get easily knocked (and we had a few disasters with the temperature getting changed by accident!)
The final point is that it comes with a 10 year warranty, which is the confidence I think everyone needs when buying such an investment item. It's something I look for in buying a household appliance that needs to last for many years, even in such a good brand as Samsung I like to have that reassurance.
So, having had good experiences of Samsung in the past and having faith in the long-term warranty of this item, I am set for a future of happy chilling and freezing!"
