"As we are restricted on space, the lower height of this model at 178cm is perfect. We also wanted more space then our previous Hotpoint fridge freezer and this Samsung has bags of it! Seems very welll made, initially the compressor is quite noisy but quietens down permanently to a whisper after about 3 days or so. Sliding shelf very handy, salad drawer is massive, all round 10/10! Oh and the silver finish blends ok very nicely with our graphite Hotpoint dishwasher. Great product! "

the fridge/freezer proved to be wrong-handed, so needed door reversing. this was a simple task, despite only finding instructions after the event. - should have read all first.
operating f/f is simplified by having builtin defaults with easy overrides.space-wise it looked empty when contents of previous f+f were transferred.shows how much it can hold.it is now full and working perfectly.
so far i have yet to find anything to criticise and do not expect to. by the way the colour - silver- was exactly as expected"

"Had a similar Samsung product previously so this one is similar but a few different features - no ice drawer but like the fact that the three drawers pull out and seem to have enough space. Liked the pull out shelf in fridge and the full depth salad drawer which holds all my weekly fruit and veg purchases. Overall pleased with product."

"Big fridge section with easy pull out shelves, plenty of space.
Was worried that the freezer section would be too small but I needn't have worried as the drawers are massive.
Pretty quiet 95% of the time, occasionally hear it whirring etc but nothing too major or unexpected. Looks smart too"

"The fridge looks very nice and modern. It was very easy to install and has a sufficient amount of compartments.
I am not 100% sure about the functioning as I have only had it for a while.
The fridge also beeps when it is left open too long.
