The fridge freezer itself fits perfectly with the kitchen, keeps food chilled with no ice build up in either the fridge or freezer. Digital temperature selection and great sliding shelf, making it easier to stock and remove food. "

Choosing my appliance was made easy on AO's website and I was kept up to date on delivery estimates, times etc. throughout.
A day or so after my fridge freezer arrived I received a courtesy call from AO to make sure everything was ok. I just happened to mention a small problem that I had noticed and the AO advisor immediately put me through to another department who resolved the problem within a few minutes.
As soon as this minor 'glitch' is sorted (I am still able to use the fridge, it's more of a cosmetic problem!) I will be 100% happy with my purchase.

"On switing on the exterior panel became so hot that I turned it off for fear of the refregirator catching fire. On being connected to Samsung, the following morning, I was informed that the initial heating as it did was normal. Though not to the same level, the side panels still get worm; an experience newer met with numerous refregirators we owned before. This one had to go. "
