a) Which Magazine liked it.
b) My partner has one (advised by me) and it has been superb.
c) I know Samsung to be a good manufacturer and to have a good after-sales service.
d) The Five-Year Warranty.
e) All of my previous purchases from AO have been reliable and good value.
This fridge-freezer is smaller externally than the old beast it replaces, but I can still fit just as much into it!
The looks are superb, the interior well-thought out and easy to clean, and the temperature monitors are a great point.
But for me, a stand-out feature is the little tinkle, which tells me I have forgotten to close the door!!
With my history and my absent-mindedness, this is a real plus!
I have already advise AO that their delivery team were A* quality, helpful and cheery, and the price was competitive, so I am as they say:

"Great product , reasonably priced , there was a small scratch on the side when I examined fridge - freezer after it had been installed , though the good news was that customer service were excellent and after looking at the pic I emailed, immediately offered a brand new model or 1O% off the cost price.

"We were looking for a fridge freezer that was well built, reliable (5-year guarantee), practical, quite in operation and looked stylish … this Samsung ticked all of the boxes and looks expensive with its brushed metal finish. It is a little deeper than the one it replaced but most that we looked at were deeper too. All in all it seems perfect."
