"the main oven door kept coming open when switched on
but this was rectified quickly by the Hotpoint engineer a few days after delivery by replacing the catch.
The cooker is now perfect and we are very happy with it.

"Only a week old but not having any difficulty with it.
Plus points, looks good, hob-rings much more controllable than on my last cooker. Fan oven quiet enough. Like that it has oven lights in both top and bottom ovens. Grill pan handle very easy to latch on to pan.
Minus points. Oven takes longer to heat up than my old one. Countdown timer function not the most intuitive to use. But for those minor issues, it would have been 5 stars"
