"Absolutely useless, opening either oven door results in serious scolding by steam. Neither oven roasts anything more steams it. The rear right burner flutters and is noisy after using for a short time and on cleaning I noticed the enamel is cracked beneath the screw on front right burner (NO QUALITY CONTROL THERE THEN) But the main problem is as I say the ovens you will not be able to cook Yorkshire puddings or cake we've tried. Everything we have purchased from AO has always been excellent so please stop selling this very poor quality cooker and save AO's reputation. "

"The cooker functions OK but the user leaflet appears out of date regarding changes to top oven and grill. Even the Hotpoint customer service number given is wrong. Several attempts to make contact with Customer Service failed. Still unsure why the grill warning light illuminates when using the top oven. The heavy top oven door crashes down when opening as there is no buffer or counter-balancing spring in the bottom hinges. "

"I am NOT one bit happy with this cooker. Do NOT buy one.
The main oven has a fan which periodically cuts out, if you are cooking something which needs to rise, it sinks as the fan cuts out. The top oven fills with condensation, this traps between the glass door and causes drips.There is a warning that a puff of steam emerges when opening the oven door as with every oven but this is dangerous! I scolded my face when opening.If I want to cook anything you have to have it on max heat in the oven and give lots of time.
One of the burners has a fault, the ignitor is bent so is incredibly noisy when the gas is lit, this shouldn't have passed quality control. Should have read reviews before purchasing as they all reflect mine.
RUBBISH DO NOT BUY ONE
Already resigned to a rubbish Christmas lunch this year, Best start cooking it now, may just be done in time."
