"Had to replace old cooker for a new one this is fine but you can tell parts that are plastic that should be metal. Cost cutting on by hotpoint. Fantastic service by ao though "

"Happy with this product. Great price. Kind of wish the knobs and handles weren’t a different colour and the feet are quite cheap looking (white?) but everything works exactly as described and I am really pleased with it. Easy installation looks tiny fits perfect into the 60cm gap. "

"Looks great in my kitchen (although black does seem to attract dust!) and so far everything about it has worked really well. Payed for installation which was done efficiently with no problems. Only problem is you have to lift the main oven door as you close it. Not sure if this is a fault or not. Easy to clean."

"What a smoothe process from start to finish delivery/fitting was very professional especially in this time of social distancing. The cooker is lovely and so easy to clean. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase and will not hesitate to buy from ao.com in the future and have already recommended them to a friend. Many thanks."
