"Bought a Beko H1164400AT Electric Induction Hob through AO.Com on 30/12/19, delivered 4/1/20, fitted 7/1/20. Unit went "bang" on Saturday 16th May 2020. Beko Warranty calls are sub-contracted. Engineer visited on Tuesday 19th and advised it needed a new "PCB". Apparently this is a regular fault on this model and Beko would rather pay for expensive parts than simply replace a 4 month old Hob. Today is 28th May, we still don't have a Hob, the replacement parts are not due to be fitted until the 2nd June. 18 days without a hob and we are sick of "roast everything". This is not a good product and the after sales service from Beko has been poor. "

"This was purchased to replace my old job that suddenly stopped working. Looks great in my kitchen and was exactly as described on the website. Really easy to use, the controls make more sense and the heat is easy to control."
