"I purchased a microwave to replace a Neff one I'd had for 6 years, unfortunately the quality of the new one is poor, the door is misaligned, scratches on the door seal, no sign of any warranty, no fitting instructions. considering all this it is overpriced. The only reason I made this purchase was because it was the only integral Neff microwave to fit the space."

"This microwave fits beautifully into a modern kitchen scheme, slightly narrower than most but that is only the outside edging, there is a full sized turntable inside and plenty of cooking options."

"This microwave was a replacement and is as good as the previous Neff . The turntable is a little smaller - quite why I don't know as the outer casing is the same size as before. Overall I am more than satisfied with it."

"We purchased this to replace a similar design Siemens oven that lasted 7 years before blowing fuses. This new oven is nowhere near built to the quality of our previous oven! Others have mentioned this in their reviews and it's exactly what we found. The door doesn't seal properly, the surround doesn't fit properly, and as neither are user adjustable it isn't acceptable. Expensive and we wished we hadn't purchased it. Cannot fault ao though. Ordered at 5pm Sunday afternoon, delivered the next day."

"Old built in microwave failed and would have cost more to fix than replace. I chose this and fitted it into the existing space within 30 mins."

"Has same external dimensions as earlier Neff model H5430NOGB/01 that it replaced, so it fitted the space perfectly. Earlier model lasted 12 years, so I hope this does as well!
Internally it is smaller with a smaller turntable. Its highest rating is 800 watts whereas the earlier one was 900 watts."
