"I previously had a fab NEF microwave, I reordered what I thought was the same size surround and inside. However, when it came the interior of the microwave had shrunk and was half the capacity!!! Ended up ordering a Siemens with large glass turntable so was disappointed. "

"I have bought this microwave to replace the almost identical one in white, that I have had for more than 18 years and is still going strong. The only difference is that my old one was 900W whilst this new one is only 800W. This is very smart and hopefully won't discolour like the white one."

"Our previous 10 year old model broke and this was its exact replacement.
We had always been happy with the model and didn't have to learn how to use it!"

"Very disappointed with this replacement for its Neff predecessor. Instructions poor, didn't fit the dimensions on the paperwork so had to improvise. Surround is plastic and flimsier than the metal one previously. Doesn't defrost as efficiently as the last one. Wouldn't buy this again if I had to replace it."
