"Bought this prod 2 weeks ago. Nice build quality with premium looks. Not very easy to operate as for quick 30 sec or 1 min operation one will require to operate three buttons / knobs."

"We had an needed to replace our older Neff compact microwave in black, but found that this had been discontinued, however as we couldn’t find a replacement unit in black, AO.Com recommended NEFF’s current model which had the same dimensions but finished in stainless steel. After some deliberations we opted for this model, which was the right choice as it has the same controls and functions as our old one. The international measurements are slightly smaller but we feel that this wont be a problem. "

"Fantastic microwave with the quality that we all know and love from Neff. Looks great and cooks great! My daily porridge has never tasted so good, so easy and uncomplicated to use. With an added bonus of impressive customer service and delivery from AO. If you have a 500mm wall unit to fit a microwave in, look no further your on to a winner with this one! "

"looks very good - is definitely high spec. The only minor point of critique is that it's not that easy to set the duration to more than a couple of minutes (you need to keep turning the dial).
All in all, very happy with the purchase!"
