"Incredibly hard to find an integrated microwave in this size and this one looks the part as well. Good quality item and finishes off my kitchen beautifully.
Only down side is the cavity is relatively small but that’s only to be expected. Easily fits bowls and small plates but you may struggle with a full size dinner plate."

"This is the third Neff built-in microwave unit we've had to buy in ten years to fit a space in a 500 unit in a built-in kitchen. The first one (black, same model) last 6 or 7 years, then started producing a horrible smell so had to go. The next one (black same model) lasted only two years. It worked OK but the door kept sticking, wouldn't open. Couldn't find another microwave to fit the available space, so went for Neff again, this time same model but silver. On day two the door stuck again, had to be prised open. By then, we'd thrown out the packaging so, cursing our bad luck, we kept it. It looks good, so far works fine if you only microwave for short bursts, but it costs a lotta bucks for what you get. "

"Smaller than expected cooking space considering the overall dimensions. Poor fitting of surround - it’s loose and had to be filed down to stop the door catching on it. "

"Have had to replace like for like for size and therefore make! Disappointed with the lightweight door, which family keep slamming compared to old model and the plastic surround. Price is expensive and the old model was a 900 W rather than 800 W which is disappointing. Can’t understand why they cost aoooo much for being fitted and small. It does what it is supposed to but preferred my old model. Hope it last ten years like my old model did! Fitting was not exactly like the old model either and hubby had to be clever to get it to fit! "

"The initial appliance installed was defective and had to be taken out again. The service level was good as they replaced it and scheduled another installation without any fuss."

"It sounds cheap and hollow, with a ringing sound when switched on. Really not worth the money. Only bought it because it was the only replacement NEFF model which fitted into the cupboard. Big disappointment. Proper installation was also not possible as the fixing brackets were at places where my cupboard has a whole. "
