"The item arrived on time but as others have posted , the instructions are absolutely terrible .
Took me hours to put it all together .
Still not put the food in yet but they look great now after a lot of huffing and puffing haha "

"I love this freezer, allot better than the old expensive one I had. I just love the door alarm when it is left open. We have a small family and they is still space for more. I love the ice tray is a good size too."

"Pleased with this product. Plastic drawers feel a little bit flimsy.
We had to buy special fixings from an online retailer for our Howden's kitchen doors to be fitted to the freezer - the ones that come with the freezer to make it integrated do not work with a Howden's kitchen! Problem soon resolved though."

"Whilst this freezer works well, and does the job - DO NOT TRY TO FIT YOURSELF. I would consider my husband to be above average with DIY, but this took him 12 HOURS to fit, over 2 days!!! The freezer came with 2 manuals, both with conflicting instructions, and the parts that came with it were very inconsistent. We had to adapt it ourselves, ignoring most of the instructions. Get it fitted professionally!"
