"Purchased in a hurry when my freezer broke down unexpectedly. I regret not doing more research. Door had to be reversed to suit the cabinet but the door seal has never been efficient. I have lost food because air got into the drawers from the poor seal. Had to be defrosted daily until seal was heated to 'reflate' it. ( I was told to heat the flexible seal with a hairdryer!) not impressed with the BEKO service engineer who basically told me it was my fault for having had a fitter install the freezer. It is an integrated unit therefore it had to be installed by a fitter!"

"This item was cheaper than rest of undercounters I had come across yet faultless. If I could change a minor thing, it would be for it to be slightly bigger inside and hold more food.
But regardless, it's lovely, neat, fast delivery & carry competitive price"

"This is the noisiest freezer you will ever encounter. I have tried everything to make sure it wasn't my fault installing it, to the extent of removing it from under the counter, putting it in the middle of the kitchen, and making sure it is level ( as the instructions advise) and leaving it for 24 hours. It sounds like it's about to take off. It's not as if it was the cheapest on the market, I'll be looking elsewhwere for another one!"
