"I can not praise the service that I had highly enough. My old Rangemaster died in Easter week when I already had a house full and more expected.
Everyone I spoke to was helpful and proactive. One person actually wisely advised me not to have my technicians ready until the day after the new cooker arrived as I might be waiting til the last minute for the delivery.
The new cooker arrived within days of ordering and the old one removed a day later when the new one was fixed. It was all seamless.

"I was very disappointed when my Range arrived damaged. The doors were all misaligned and the bottom right storage door was kicking out at the bottom. The main lower roasting oven door made a clonk when opened and was catching on the side panel of the oven, making it pop out. We were then left without an oven fir 4 days until a replacement arrived. Sadly the new Range was also delivered with exactly tge same damaged doors and misalignment. Underneath the oven was filthy and had clearly not been checked on coming out of the factory. Now waiting for an engineer to come out.
I'm very upset at having paid £1500.00 or more for this and the build quality is terrible. "
