"The bottom vent that you put on yourself was wrong, the factory fitter didn’t put one of the fittings in the right home so we need to contact the company and get them to send us another part. One of the pedestals to lower the cooker at the front didn’t work so my partner had to get out tools to fix which was hard as the oven is so heavy. The nobs on the front are a bit cheap feeling. For £1800 and 5 month waiting list not very impressed, should have been no issues at all "

"Liking it so far. Lots of versatility with the two ovens and separate grill. I think this will be a joy to cook with. It may take a little while to adapt as we previously had one large oven in our smeg range but I think this will work nicely and give more options. "
