"The oven takes much longer to preheat than any other I've had, the oven temperatures do not seem hot enough although I've had an engineer out and was told it was fine. It just takes so much longer to cook my meals than my other ovens have, I don't feel I can rely on the oven temperatures and have to keep checking on my meals. The top oven is a bit better then the bottom one for holding its temperature and the grill cooks well. The hob is great and cooks lovely. It's easy to clean. The overall build of the oven is sturdy and stylish it looks lovely in my kitchen. The top bar does obscure the knob dials. "

"when this was delivered and installed two of the rings didn't work , I was told it would be a wk before it could be replaced or fixed , when I complained on f/b it was fixed the next day , the cooker works well now and I love it, looks good and the top oven is great for cooking meals for 2 people "
"This is a great looking cooker and works very well, but im glad i took out the insurance on it as after only a month the inner glass fell out as i opened the door, it looks like the glue has failed. This would be covered under the warranty if i could get through to the call centre (cut off 3 times after going through options) the d&g insurance sorted it in the end ."
"Cooker arrived and ignition constantly clicked, had engineer out needed new parts so we return cooker. Not worth the money seemed to take ages to cook food would not recommend!"

"If you want food in a hurry this is not the oven for you. Although branded Leisure, it is actually Beko. The oven takes ages to preheat. Once the oven is opened, temperature drops rapidly. Oven does not cook food properly. Frozen chips take twice as long to cook. Their engineer did look at it and fobbed us off saying there was nothing wrong. My advice - avoid this cooker. Buy an electric fan assisted one. The only positive - it looks nice. "
