"We've had the product a couple of weeks now, it cooks well and functions correctly. But there are a couple of small things. The dials are a little loose and feel a bit cheaper than I'd expected, and the burner caps are already showing discolouration from the heat, even though they've only been used a few times. Just the little things that prevent a perfect rating. "

"Good quality and looks nice. Oven and grill are smaller than our previous cooker (although the same width overall) but I guess that's because its more padded so safer and more energy efficient - so small price to pay!"
"I purchased this cooker 3 years ago and till recently had no issues with it mechanically. the issue I have is that after only 3 years the pan stands have either lost the little rubber feet or the rubber feet have disintegrated still leaving remnants behind so another cannot be inserted, hence I asked if the pan stands were covered by my extended warranty they said yes and said it might take a month to get the parts I said fine, a month later a chap turned up with the wrong size pan stands he double-checked the model number said ok I'll order the correct ones.
Then on the 11/05/2022 I get an email saying now you have to replace your cooker as the repair company as deemed the cooker unfixable so you have to pick a new cooker @@ the company my extended warranty people uses to repair the cooker could not replace the pan stands for it and so the extended warranty people have written of a 3yo cooker because they can't replace the Pan stands @@ so if they can't find the pan stands for this product, what other parts are also impossible to source via the extended warranty peoples chosen repair company as I was able to find the parts via a quick google search but the repair company said it can't use where I found the parts as it not their normal supplier so the cooker will continue to be written of even if I purchased the parts myself from Leisure themselves @@, I normally have cookers last me up to 12 years so this is a new record to have to replace a cooker so soon and only because the pan stands cannot be sourced via the extended warranty companies chosen Repair company. if you could get the parts I would of put this as a 5 stars but after only 3 years parts are not able to be replaced is ridiculous and I have lost all faith in this company this was also my first time purchase of a Leisure cooker and I was till recently very impressed as it cooks brilliantly and the added Griddle does steaks to perfection it is easy to clean and I'm going to miss using the griddle unless it is compatible with the replacement cookers pan stands. "
