"Bought a Leisure cooker in Jan online and had doubts at the time. After all you get what you pay for. The appliance has been nothing but a disappointment. A fundamental flaw is that the gas oven turns off randomly. An engineer came out and stayed 10 mins and couldn’t replicate the fault. Leisure now say that this engineer visit proves there is no problem with the oven. The oven is still cutting out but apparently it’s fine according to Leisure. You’ve been warned about the customer care. "

"This is well built, looks smart, but in my view has a couple of annoying design faults……
The grill ………….is neither full width OR deep enough . Depth wise it’s barely deeper than a slice of bread meaning positioning has to be more careful than it should be. Width wise it’s not even as wide as the grill pan! It’s not very hot either, even toast takes a while.
The top handle…….For an adult of average height ( me) , makes it very hard to see what setting the top ring/s are on, you have to bend right down, the handle hides them, and the timer. Not impressed one bit with a design that bad.
A less annoying point but one I will make, is the lovely cast iron griddle which is lovely but…… being heavy cast iron it takes an age to heat up and a lot of gas to get hot enough . Might as well fry food ."

"Arrived in excellent time. Nice looking cooker. Installation - another story but I’m here to review the cooker! Been using electric for last 8 years or so. Never got rapid boil, roast potatoes were never crispy enough and overall unhappy but it was a ‘make-do’. First day - roast beef and all the trimmings for the family. 3 tier pan to do the veg in half the usual time! PERFECT roast potatoes and perfect meat! Thank heavens for gas again. Only let down for me is the depth of the shelves - 12” round pizza pan doesn’t fit and change for all other roasting tins too. But we can live with that. Very easy to clean. Haven’t used the hotplate yet - and it’s so heavy - but know it will perform as well as rest of cooker. The timer could be louder. Overall a really good looking and good performing cooker. Worth the money paid and would thoroughly recommend"
