"Only the second time I used the big oven it just stopped working and started clicking non stop. The engineer found when he came out that the valve in the back of the cooker was not allowing gas to come through steadily. The top oven barely cooked anything and the grill was very poor. The cooker looked good but the performance was poor. I have had it uplifted and will purchase a different make."

"There was a small blemish on the oven handle which was sorted out quite quickly, an engineer was sent out to fix a replacement. It looks very nice in the kitchen but the grill is really feeble, it takes ages to cook anything, even toast. It is quite low so you have to stoop over to look under the grill and to see the timer as it is behind the top bar. It's very easy to knock saucepans off the burners, especially small ones."
