"Having bought this cooker to replace my 10 year old cooker that was in full working order, i was really pleased with the initial look of the cooker... BUT THEN.
Christmas day the cooker stopped working, the oven flame wouldn't rise regardless of the temperature you set it to.
Spoke to AO.com (I have there number on speed dial after my dishwasher i bought from them set itself on fire!!!) and the only time available for the engineer to come out was nearly TWO weeks.
Okay so they FIXED it, but now two months after the cooker had done the same thing, and again its being repaired - and again i have to take another 1/2 day holiday (with zero reimbursement) to wait for an engineer.
The cooker model obviously has a fault if you read these reviews (there are many saying it wont reach temperature) and AO/RANGE won't accept them back as faulty instead keep sending engineers out.

"Bought this cooker to fit into my newly renovated cottage..space is limited but cooking is a vital ingredient in my life! Loving the solid good looks,ease of use & 2 oven option.Just took me a few minutes to work out the lower gas oven needs to be set a bit higher to reach temperature.Good solid feel to doors & easy to clean. Love it!!"

"I love baking, and unfortunately with this cooker both the top and bottom oven takes ages to heat up and cook. This makes it difficult when you're following a recipe. I'm really disappointed as it looks lovely.
The burners top have discoloured after a few months and the some paint work on hob come off where pans have scraped. Over all I wouldn't recommend."

"Bought it as I liked look plus double oven, worked well for 1 year now top oven and grill don't stay on and ignition button at times clicks all day.
Now looking to buy new cooker as repairs haven't worked."

"Wanted this cooker last year but my old one was still ok but it packed in so purchased this.
My dad fitted it and when I come home to look I was so please it looked great fits perfect and I just love it."
