"Overall very pleased with freezer. Does the job, large and well sized. Only small criticism is that it only comes with 3 small top sliding shelfs, so I needed to invest in some additional wire baskets in order that there is some order to the freezer and things aren't just on top of each other. It quiet and works well in garage. More expensive than it was 6 months ago but isn't everything. "

"The product is great, plenty of room, very quiet, wheels on all four corners for easy manoeuvrability.
‘Downside’… only that it moves very easily and we have put a strip of wood against the wall to stop it knocking into wall. Having said that, at the moment the freezer is not full, hopefully more food weight will eventually stabilise it!"
"The product that we finally ended up with is OK. However we felt like we were pushed into buying it. The product that AO was offering for sale, we buy and AO took our payment, a confirmation email was received however we were told by email the next day that the product was out of stock and not due in for a few weeks. Bearing in mind that people normally buy a chest freezer because an old one has broken and they have food defrosting waiting a few week is not an option. So AO had our money, no other chest freezers the size that we need for the amount that we had already paid so we had to buy a dearer one from AO. Yes the guy on the phone gave us a small discount but we still ended up paying more than the budgeted to pay. Plus we had paid for recycling which was not carried over to the new order so when the guys delivered the product they would not take the old one away even those we can show them on the order confirmation recycling was paid for. So the old chest freezer sit on our driveway for two day until it disappeared we believe AO came back to pick it up but I'm not sure.....I may have given AO an extra £25 for nothing..... "
