"Freezer arrived well packed, was left the relevant time before switching on, only it didn't switch on!
After emailing Beko to ask if the green light should be constantly on (as mine wasn't) i was emailed the manual. i had already read the manyal several times- it didnt answer my question. Upon ringing Beko they referred me back to retailer. Ringing the retailer only sent me straight back through to Beko on a more expensive number!!!
Engineer was sent out within 48 hours by Beko. He advised me my appliances internal wiring was "wired wrong". He fixed it quickly but I'm not filled with confidence by receiving a brand new faulty item.
So far it seems to be freezing ok. However for a freezer that is supposedly suitable for a garage the flex is stupidly short & I'm forced to use an extension cable"

"Bought this as a replacement for our old Freezer which lasted us about 20 years.Old was very solid and metal casing - this one is very light to move as it is a sort of plastic body. Freezer baskets, a bit flimsy - bent in the middle and dropped off the edge & down into the freezer - denting the bottom! Apart from that, seems to be working well and can't complain. Lock is a real pain - so not using it!"

"It's a freezer, as far as I can tell it works well, there are no space-wasting internal fittings (3 baskets and a divider are there but they can all be removed if you prefer.)
The lock is useless: doesn't work properly and will probably break soon. Fortunately I don't want it anyway. The bulb in the light "went" after 3 days: fortunately I don't need it.
Overall I'm happy with it. Good value for money."
