"Bought this chest freezer couple of months back to replace two upright models which used far too much energy. Despite only having an A+ rating we opted for this model given it is specifically built for use in outbuildings as it withstands below zero temperatures without running endlessly. The fairly cheap price was an added bonus.
This chest freezer is now located in a partly opened carport. We are hoping the combination of A+ and temperature resistance will make it a winner on our electricity bills! So far our electricity bill has gone down a bit, but it is only early days!
We were amazed how much goods this model can hold. We put the content of two upright models in the chest freezer and low and behold, still only half full! For this price, I think this is a good deal if you want a freezer in your outbuildings.

"We've only had the freezer a few weeks, but we're still loving it. It is big enough for our family of 5 and sits nicely in the garage without any problems.
The delivery went well and we only had to wait a few hours before plugging it in to allow the fluids to settle. It only took an hour or so to get down to the freezing temperature we needed.
Looks to be built well, is pretty quite and holds its temperature well. We had thought about going for the size smaller originally, but so glad we got this one. More than enough space for a lot of food.
If you need plenty of freezer space then this does the job!"

"I have only had this freezer for a couple of weeks so can only comment on my first impressions. The freezer is large enough to cope with all my needs, it's quiet and is suitable for use in an outside building which is what I needed it for.
The only downside is the depth of the freezer means some items are difficult to access and a storage system with more baskets would have helped.
Overall I am very happy with my purchase so far."
