"I have carried out all instructions as per the book on settling,temperatures etc and the fast freeze compartment outside towards door has constantly ice and frost on it. The vent above the fast freeze compartment keeps freezing and I’m sure this isn’t right? I have been in touch with both AO and Beko to be told to adjust temperatures and wait and see!"

"This freezer was purchased to go into a garage. I wanted to be able to open the door with the car parked inside and this product fits the bill perfectly. This freezer is a perfect size for a small family, have filled it with £200 of food veryhappy with this purchase "

"Everything was o.k. until I decided to use the fast freeze dial. Unfortunately I could not turn the dial without hurting my fingers/hand because it was very stiff. I asked other adult family members to try and turn the dial but they found the same problem. "

"I received my freezer on the day as promised. Totally pleased with my purchase, It is advertised as it will hold 10 bags of shopping, and it does that exactly, it’s very quiet, the shelves and drawers are a great size. I would recommend this freezer. There is nothing to dislike about it. "
