"Had this a week now. Love it. Much prefer the upright with drawers. Had a chest freezer be for and always forgot the things hiding at bottom. Now I can see what I have. Ice cube tray in middle is a great idea. Dial easy to turn. Would recommend.
Only thing I would say is sometimes notice the running noise. But as it's in my utility not a real problem. "

"Space was limited so bought this as it seems to be the only tall Slimline freezer available. I have other Beko appliances, so no worries there.
My previous freezer was 60cm wide, so this does have very narrow drawers but I was surprised as to how much it holds. Not keen on the 2 compartments, with the lift up and lift down fronts. The top one doesn't hold much, as the back curves down but it took me a week to realise that the fronts actually open fully. There is a resistance when you open them and it feels like they will snap. Time will tell! Agree with others that 2 deep drawers would be better than just one.
Would have preferred the controls to be on the outside and a warning light visible.
I'm using the freezer without the handle as it takes up more space when you open the door and it opens fine with the integrated handles at the top of the door.
All in all I'm happy with it."

"What do you want from a freezer? It came out of the box in perfect condition, it started up and froze quickly and continues to work quietly and quickly. What more do you need?
The only down is you have to fit the handle but that is easy enough. "

"Purchased this freezer a few week's ago. Nowhere near as good as my old Creda which had finally given up. Good job you have 7 drawers because they don't hold much. But my real problem is the control dial. As another consumer says its nearly impossible to move. Don't believe the video where the lady just moves the dial with one finger. Also the top door on the fast freeze is stiff. Now that's what the video did show and consequently we've had both sides snap in the corners. Poor design.
It's a shame as I'm a fan of Beko, my larder fridge has been brilliant for years but when it gives up I'll be looking at other makes."

"I cannot fault the quality of the product. We replaced our old frost free freezer with exactly the same product as it had been a total work horse for nearly 10 years and I think that time frame speaks for itself. We have all BEKO fridges and freezers and have always found them to be very good. The Freezer is sleek looking and not noisy and sits very nicely and of course the frost free element is of a great benefit. I would totally recommend this product. "
